SelectCAMP 2024

Hello Kakao for 3 days meant for us again in September! 🏞️ Once a year, the SelectCode team swaps laptops for climbing harnesses and hiking boots, and we go out of Munich together – this year for the third time to Steinberg am Rofan in our beautiful event location. 🇦🇹 What did we experience? 🤩 🧗‍♀️ Climbing in the climbing garden with a view of the Achensee: It turns out we have some very talented climbers on our team! 🏹 Demonstrated accuracy in archery: Robin Hood sends his regards! 🔮 Workshops for the future of SelectCode: Together we conducted a SWOT analysis and envisioned SelectCode in 5 years. 🧘‍♂️ Workshop on stress management and team building with Co Matters: Because we believe that the topic of stress is often overlooked in everyday work life. And we of course mastered the team-building game with flying colors. Just as you know us. 🍴 Culinary highlight: A self-cooked 3-course meal in particularly ugly "Bad Taste" outfits! Once again, a very successful weekend. And for the sake of tradition, it seems that we will be back at the same place at the same time next year 👋
