Your mission
You ensure that our customers achieve top results with meinGPT and integrate AI deeply into their businesses.
You manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to successful rollout, identifying the most valuable use cases and helping our customers implement these into AI workflows and AI assistants.
You are the first point of contact for our customers for all their concerns - and you solve their problems together with our various teams (Engineering, Sales, Product).
You conduct interactive AI workshops using our interactive meinGPT Academy learning platform, so our customers can effectively use AI themselves afterward.
You translate valuable customer feedback directly into actionable insights for our product and engineering team.

You can explain technically complex topics in a way that non-techies can understand, and conversely, translate customer feedback into precise requirements for our product team.
You take responsibility for AI success with our clients: you proactively support them and independently seek pragmatic solutions.
You can communicate fluently in German and English.
