Your mission

You are the first and most important point of contact for our customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience with meinGPT.

  • You manage all support communication from the initial analysis to the final solution, ensuring that our customers receive quick and competent assistance.

  • As the central interface, you ensure that every request reaches the appropriate expert. This guarantees quick results, whether you solve the problem yourself or work with engineering, sales, or the AI Success team.

  • You get to the bottom of things by recreating reported errors and providing our engineering team with key insights. This actively helps to improve our product every day.

  • You recognize patterns in the requests and proactively expand our knowledge base (FAQs). This provides our customers with a helpful tool to assist themselves.

Your mission

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills: You can express yourself fluently in both German and English, remaining friendly even in challenging situations and always finding the right words.

  • Technical affinity & basic knowledge of AI:You have a solid understanding of AI and can assess whether a problem is a technical bug, a user error, or an AI limitation. Experience in tech support is a big plus.

  • Proactive and curious work style:You don’t wait for instructions; instead, you take the initiative to get to the bottom of things. You have the drive to truly understand and solve problems.

  • Absolute reliability:You know what you don’t know. Rather than giving incorrect answers, you prefer to ask once too many rather than once too few. People can rely on you 100%.
