As part of our product meinGPT, we develop tailored GenAI solutions that go far beyond standard chatbots: From automated generation of tricky puzzles to AI-supported planning of fiber optic networks. We combine state-of-the-art AI models with smart system architecture and harness the power of GenAI to solve real challenges.

Our goal is to truly make AI usable for all employees in companies. To achieve this, we focus on three complementary areas:
🚀 The meinGPT platform provides everyone with secure access to the most important AI models and combines practical tools such as image generation and meeting summaries in one place.
📚 With the meinGPT Academy, we bring people closer to practical AI usage step by step - with an interactive and personalized learning platform.
⚡ In the Custom AI Projects, we develop AI solutions for our clients' more complex use cases.
The numbers show that this approach works: At our pilot customer LAUDA, 76% of employees actively use AI, saving over 1,400 working hours per month – which corresponds to annual savings of 1.62 million euros.

You will do this with us
You are continuing to develop meinGPT with React on the frontend and TypeScript on the backend - while paying attention to clean UX and code quality
You conduct code reviews and support your junior colleagues in growing beyond themselves
You create test concepts and tests to maintain the quality of our system
You make technology decisions and shape the technical architecture
You implement DevOps principles and create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for our Kubernetes hosting
Bonus: You assist in coordinating a seven-member development team and continue to develop our dev process
