What we’re building

We founded SelectCode more than eight years ago out of a Jugend forscht project. Today, we are 30 people and, with meinGPT, have our own product in the scaling phase.

Our goal at meinGPT? To make AI truly usable for everyone. To achieve this, we focus on three complementary areas:

🚀 The meinGPT platform is an AI platform (similar to ChatGPT) with the most important AI models, combining practical tools like image generation and meeting summaries in one place.
📚 With the meinGPT Academy, we guide people step by step toward practical AI use—with an interactive and personalized learning platform.
⚡ In Custom AI Projects, we develop AI solutions for our customers’ more complex use cases.

We are especially proud that, with our approach, we have already been able to win over well-known brands such as ZDF Studios and Bavaria Filmstudios!

Your mission

People & Culture

You are the point of contact for all our team members throughout their entire time with us—from day one to offboarding
You ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly—from vacations to punctual payroll processing
You shape the onboarding experience—from account setup to support during the first few days
You keep an eye on team morale and ensure a positive working atmosphere—whether through team events, small gifts, or whatever else you come up with 😉

Recruiting & Employer Branding

You support us throughout the entire recruiting process for various areas of the team
You independently conduct intro calls with candidates and quickly recognize who is a good personal fit for us
You do active sourcing on LinkedIn and find the right talent for us
You represent us at recruiting fairs and events
You create social media posts and content for our careers website

You will mainly work with me (Stephan, Head of People & Culture).

Your mission

What we are looking for

You are a true people person, enjoy approaching others, and like creating a positive atmosphere
You have 2-4 years of HR experience across the entire employee lifecycle - from candidate sourcing & interviews to administration and support
You quickly adapt to new situations and stay well organized even when priorities change
You have already worked with HR software such as Personio, HRworks, or rexx
You conduct conversations fluently and confidently in both German and English
Bonus: You already work with ChatGPT & co. and have developed a sense for where AI truly makes sense and where it does not
Bonus: You have previously been active in employer branding: written social media posts, created career content, or planned events
