Your mission
As a Senior Account Executive, you independently take over the complete end-to-end sales process for your accounts - from the first contact through pilot phases to successful closure, rollout, and upsell. You ensure that our deals receive the necessary attention, our pipeline scales, and customers achieve measurable results with AI.
You manage the entire sales cycle for your accounts - from the first contact through strategic consulting and pilot phase to successful closing. You are the engine that drives the deal from start to finish.
You build sustainable relationships with C-level decision-makers and important stakeholders (IT, Innovation). You are not a salesperson, but a valued sparring partner who highlights potential and builds trust.
You dive deep into our platform and the AI landscape. This way, you translate complex technical topics into clear business value and position yourself as a trusted advisor for our customers.
You maintain your deals in the CRM not just for pure documentation but as a strategic tool for accurate forecasts, so you don’t miss any opportunities.

You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in startup/scaleup) and can demonstrate a proven track record - experience in sales to SMEs is desirable.
You confidently sell to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically-oriented organizations and lead complex, consultative sales processes to a structured close.
You have a strong technical understanding and experience with AI products - this allows you to communicate technical concepts credibly and understandably.
You work structurally according to SPICED, SPINN, or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and pursue a consultative approach
You communicate fluently in German and English.
